    Buzz up!

    A Mexican citizen was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a charge of illegally re-entering the United States after being removed.

    Elpidio Hernandez-Diaz, 32, was found in Clarion County on May 15 without having permission to be in the country, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. He had been removed from the country in July.

    If convicted, he faces a sentence of up to two years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both.

    They need to strt doing this to every ILLEGAL that has entered into our COUNTRY.
