    Guzman, whose nickname means "Shorty," bribed guards to escape from prison in 2001. He is one of Mexico's most-wanted fugitives. U.S. authorities have offered $5 million for his capture.
    This is outrageous. Track him down and do the right thing. Mexico is simply lawless. It is not fit for man or beast. I say turn the whole thing into a parking lot. TEXAS needs the space.
