    I feel bad for a victim of a crime, but if they did not break into the country then would they not be a crime victim? now people who help catch a criminal who hurts an american might have some merit

    LOL...looks like “DA’s and law enforcement agencies" have been very busy "signing off" on u-visas! So much for the argument there has been "no spike" in the number of u-visas issued over the past number of years.
