Funny how many illegal Mexicans were arrested during the protests for breaking the law again? Obeying the law is for citizens only.
"Mexican Flag Burner" Charged for Allegedly Assaulting a 16-Year-Old Boy

He calls himself the "Mexican flag burner." Roy Warden has caused quite a bit of controversy since an incident in Armory Park on April 10th.
That was the day close to 15,000 people gathered to call for immigration reform. Warden burned two Mexican flags angering some in the crowd who began throwing water bottles. They were arrested and Warden was eventually charged with assault, criminal damage, and reckless burning.
Now newly released video shows another incident, and this time Warden is caught on tape allegedly threatening and assaulting a 16-year-old boy. In one portion of the tape, Warden yells, "You step in there and I'll put a bullet in your [explicative] head, you got that?"
Are those the words of a violent man or just someone trying to defend himself? It depends on who you ask. Roy Warden and members of the Border Guardians go around town torching Mexican flags hoping to spread their message of securing the U.S. border. But on June 3rd Warden had strong words for Arturo Rodriguez.
Rodriguez was using a video camera to tape another flag burning, "You see that line?" asks Warden, "You stay on the outside of that line. You get away from my border or I'll beat the [explicative] out of both of you, you got that? Stay outside the border."
Despite the deadly threats, Arturo kept rolling the camera. "I wasn't scared, well I guess I was I was just nervous just the adrenaline going...just trying to stay calm. Now I just want justice."
Arturo lead a march from Tucson City Court to the library where he showed the tape for the first time in public, outraging Isabel Garcia from Derechos Humanos. "Roy Warden is a very violent man and to assault a sixteen year old in the fashion he did and yell the horrible things and threats he did, it's a very frightening situation."
Roy Warden defends his actions. "We need to protect ourselves." Saying it was self defense and claiming his use of threatening words were necessary when Arturo stepped over a roped off area. "Anybody jumping in is presumed to have deadly intent under these circumstances. So I'm very loud and I'm very in your face saying don't do this or I'll blow your freakin' head off. Whatever I need to say verbally to, if that stops a shooting, assault, battery, knifing, then I've done my job with the abrasive words I've used that's the intent of the words."
After viewing that video tape, Tucson police officers charged Warden with assault, disorderly conduct, and two counts of making intimidating threats. He's due in City Court in early August. Please support our fight against illegal immigration by joining ALIPAC's email alerts here https://eepurl.com/cktGTn
