I don't think Mexico's behavior is conducive to a renegotiation of NAFTA. Trump gave them a chance, they failed, time to repeal NAFTA. Start the process. We don't want a continuation even on a renegotiated basis where Canada is lumped in with Mexico, two very different countries, two very different trade and immigration situations. Cancel NAFTA, do a bilateral with Canada and if Mexico wants some bidness from the US, then do one with them. Keep them separate like you wanted to.
Time to proceed with a quick and expedited withdrawal from NAFTA. Send the letter, use this action by Mexico to further substantiate the cause, and get it to Congress.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan
