Report on Mexican Drug War Will Be Dishonest American Border Patrol -- December 12

Tomorrow National Geographic will run a special on the Mexican Drug war. Don't expect the truth.

This is what they say about the border in their promo: "Over the past few years the Border Patrol has raised the stakes for anyone attempting to cross. They are daily adding to their arsenal of high tech cameras, ground radar and cutting edge unmanned predator drones."

None of these high-tech gadgets are doing any real good and no mention is made of new fencing and barriers; the very thing that set off the Mexican drug war and the only thing that could put an end to it. (See our letter to National Geographic).

When Lisa Ling of National Geographic was interviewed on the O'Reilly Factor on Friday, she said, "Opposite El Paso Texas is the tiny town of Ciudad Juarez..." (Watch) -- Tiny town? How about 1.5 million people? If this is the quality of their reporting, we are in serious trouble.

Expect a full-court propaganda press by National Geographic tomorrow. Expect them to ignore the impact of the border fence and blame the drug war on Americans.

Anything that brings any attention to the invasion of our country by Mexican drug gang members
and millions of other illegal aliens from all over the world is a good thing.

I saw some previews. If it shows how dangerous the cartels are then maybe someone would get serious about border security. And I dont mean Janet Quack Napolitano of Homeland Security.
