Mexican leader vows ‘new era’ for migrants in U.S.

LOS ANGELES, Feb 14 (Reuters) — In the most Mexican of the big U.S. cities, Mexican President Felipe Calderon told his compatriots in Los Angeles late on Wednesday he would give them more support in the United States while improving conditions back home to stem the flow of migrants to the north.
