Two suspected kidnappers were lynched by a mob Tuesday in northern Mexico’s Chihuahua state.
According to local media reports, the two men were killed by the crowd after the kidnapping of a 17-year-old girl.
The teenager was rescued, and the kidnappers were beaten and taken hostage by locals until police arrived. When the police moved the men into a police car, the crowd prevented the vehicle from leaving, and they died of their injuries.
Three men accused of stirring up the crowd have been arrested.
The crowd that gathered Wednesday cheered when the men’s bodies arrived.
Residents shouted at the authorities and held up banners that read: “Ascension is tired of so many kidnappings. We have to put an end to this, now!â€NO AMNESTY
Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.
