GOP files plan to force state into Secure Communities

Legislative Republicans today announced plans to file legislation forcing the Patrick administration to join Secure Communities, a federal program aimed at cracking down on criminal illegal immigrant that has sparked allegations by immigrant advocates and officials in some states that the program leads to profiling and nets petty criminals, rather than the serious offenders that supporters say are the targets.

I was hoping something like this would come up. An illegal immigrant ran over and killed a 21 yr.old man, when people tried to stop him, he backed up and ran over the body again. He ran a red light and hit this kid. He was drunk and had his 6 yr.old boy in the car with him. Now the kicker.....he had been arrested numerous times before for drunk driving and assulting a police officer. The Patrick admin. would not deport him. I hope his parents goes after who ever they can for what ever they can.

Thousands of illegals have been arrested and deported 'numerous' times and this makes me sick!

Patrick must be removed from office if he does not want to implement the law. The dems work for illegal aliens. The dems do not work for US citizens. Therefore, the dems must be removed from office. And let's vote the dictator Obama out in 2012. THe dictator Obama is destroying the United States with illegal aliens.
