Mexican police arrest 70 illegal immigrants

Mexican police on Friday arrested 70 illegal immigrants from Central American nations in the central state of Tlaxcala.

The arrests took place near train tracks in the city of Apizaco, said Fernando Azael Mendoza Lopez, a delegate from the National Migration Institute.

The immigrants, from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua, were healthy but tired due to the wearisome trip from their native countries to Mexico, he added.

Over the past five days, 159 immigrants from Central America have been arrested in Mexico.

According to figures from non-governmental organizations, some 500 immigrants die every year in their attempt to seek illegal entry into the United States via Mexico.

If we would only enforce Mexico's immigration, we would be ahead of where we are now. Bush has no intention of supporting American laws as shown in Bush supports Mexican killers against US. He believes in internation law, which is hard on illegals than the US laws. It is a felon in most countries to be in the country illegal.

See what happens to you, If you go into Mexico illegally. Alot of these illegals that try to make it to America are in prisons, raped, beaten, murdered. Whould seem they only want Illegals from Mexico. But thats allowed by our government and the world don't care. But we have to foot the bill for these illegals and allow them access. They know it when they come here. They expect it. They have no respect of our laws or our country, All they want is our free money and health care. Anyone notice how many law enforcement alone has been killed by illegals? You'd be amazed but no mention of that in our media.

I think this is pretty funny in a sad way. mexico, who thinks their people should be allowed to swarm our borders...arrests 70 illegals...funny.

I wonder if mexico realizes how stupid they and their citizens look to the rest of the world with their so-called logic. Then again, we probably look pretty stupid for letting this mess take place to begin with.

Those are the operative words. Where were when we had only one million immigrants, two million, three million..........I think there are a lot of lessions to be learned here. Our government must be watched and candidates for public office must be carefully scrutinized.

I'm sure they were working their way to the United States. So, Mexico did us a favor actually.
