MEXICAN SOLDIERS INVADE US: CAPTURE BORDER AGENTS AT GUNPOINT

A Tucson Sector Border Patrol agent was held at gunpoint by Mexican soldiers last Sunday night south of Ajo, Arizona. Mexican military personnel crossed over the border and pointed their automatic weapons at him, according to officials of the National Border Patrol Council, Local 2544.

Backup units arrived from the Ajo Border Patrol station, and the Mexican military invaders quickly retreated back to the Mexican side of the border.

"Unfortunately, this sort of behavior by Mexican military personnel has been going on for years. They are never held accountable," said a press statement from Local 2544.

"The United States government will undoubtedly brush this off as another case of the armed Mexican being unaware that they violated US sovereignty," said former NYPD detective, now owner of a security firm, Sidney Frances.

" As I recall, a few years back a Mexican soldier shot a .50 calibre rifle round through the rear window of a Border Patrol agent's patrol vehicle in Arizona. Absolutely nothing was ever done by the President and no Mexican was ever held accountable, Frances added,

"Particularly galling is the fact that the Mexican military often pulls these stunts in Humvees donated to them by the American taxpayers (although they were apparently on foot this time). We note that Border Patrol agents have historically driven worn-out, junk vehicles," stated one Border Patrol agent.

Officially, Local 2544 has not completed their own investigation of the incident and only stated that they are glad "this incident didn't end in an ugly gunfight.

This border incident took place right around the time that the Homeland Security Department, which oversees the US Border Patrol and the Immigration & Customs Enforcement bureau (ICE), condemned the comments of a US congressman.

Adopting the rhetoric of the radical left, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) explicitly compared the actions of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to those of Nazi Germany's most infamous secret police force, the Gestapo.

In response to that despicable comparison, the Federation for American Immigration Reform joined officials from the Department of Homeland Security in condemning Congressman Gutierrez's statement as an affront to law enforcement agencies and the rule of law.

Gutierrez has been a long-time proponent of amnesty and opponent of immigration enforcement. He even went so far recently as to openly call for a suspension of all such immigration enforcement actions until Congress passes "comprehensive" immigration reform.

However, in an article appearing in the online publication The Politico on Wednesday, used what FAIR termed "inflammatory rhetoric simply unacceptable for a member of Congress."

"You know who is in charge now? The Gestapo agents at Homeland Security. They are in charge," Gutierrez told The Politico.

"Every American should be offended and outraged by comparisons between our dedicated public servants risking their lives every day to enforce our immigration laws and the Nazi secret police, no matter who is making the comparison. That such a vile statement was made by a member of Congress is truly reprehensible and irresponsible," said Dan Stein, president of FAIR, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the US.

"It seems as if the folks in Washington, DC are telling the Border Patrol agents and the American people that we're on our own when it comes to foreign soldiers, cops and criminals who come into our country from Mexico," said Mike Baker, a conservative political strategist.

"What will it take to get the Senate and House of Representatives to pass a veto-proof immigration bill that will have some teeth in it?" asked Baker.

With congress in recess and the upcoming presidential elections, few Americans expect a renewed attempt at passing tough immigration legislation. Only the conservative lawmakers in the House of Representatives are pushing for laws already on the books to be enforced and proposing even tougher laws against illegal aliens.

"Unfortunately, both presidential candidates -- while attempting to sound tough -- have little interest in curtailing illegal immigration or prosecuting Americans who hire illegal aliens," said Det. Frances.

With upcoming elections and rampant voter fraud by illegals, I think everyone one of the successful pro-illegal officials should have the election results gone over with tweezers and a lot of forensics work.
