Houston police find a man dead inside an 18-wheeler truck storage compartment after stopping the vehicle's driver for a minor traffic violation.

The traffic stop took place after 2:30 a.m. near U.S. Highway 59, the Southwest Freeway at South Gessner Road.

The officer who conducted the stop was speaking with the driver before he began to hear noises from the rear of the truck cab. He found the dead body of a man in his late 50s and an 18-year-old man still alive in the storage unit.

The driver and passenger of the truck were detained by the officer. The teen told the officer that he and the older man walked across the Mexican border for more than one day before getting into the truck which he was told was bound for Dallas.

The driver told the officer he did not know how the two immigrants entered the truck.

Whatever country these two came from should be charged for all expenses in repatriation of the body, plus court costs for deportation of the other one. Maybe we can save our economy just by collecting those kind of bills. It will make Mexico think twice about printing comic books for illegals on how to evade border patrol.
