    Man convicted of child porn including preteen daughter

    WAUKESHA, Wis. — A man convicted of possessing child pornography, including photographs of his own preteen daughter, tearfully asked a judge not to send him to prison, moments before the unmoved judge sentenced him to 10 years behind bars.

    The Waukesha man wept during most of the court proceedings. When it was his turn Friday to address the court, he slid to his knees at the defense table despite his leg shackles and handcuffs.
