This is normal routine procedure in all jobs of any kind in this area. Once the Latinos are in........ the gringos are out.......permanently. It will not change.

I think it will change once thhe 14 billion deficit continues to rise and rise and when Cali as a whole has to declares bankruptcy and there's no more freebies these IA will turn against those and blame them for their misfortune and the politicians who were pro IA will turn their backs on them and blame them for the problems the state has. It just goes to show what happens when you think Mexico first and when you put those in office who think Mexico first, everything they touch turns in to a third world cesspool.
