Holy sh%t. Nice suit. The Obama administration simply cannot afford to have the Supreme Court here this and I see them doing everything possible to squash it before it makes it or try and push it to the 9th Circuit and have it killed there w/o an appeal.

I see a very clear double edged sword here that either way they go they are screwed if it comes to a ruling in the SC. Either they get forced into toughening a crackdown on illegals seriously by a SC decision that the fed government failed in its constitutional obligation.

Or thedouble edged sword IF it fails. Such a clear ruling if any liberal SC judges w/o the non liberal judges backing them up should make it possible when Obama loses the presidency to force SC justices to step down. I don't see any possible way to argue against this and any judge who can't argue why he/she rules in favor of the Obama administration by legal reasons is doomed.

Anyways lets hope we actually get some people with balls in office soon. I see this as a major attack on the liberal SC judges also.
