    This isn't surprising news at all. I am in Juarez on business often and it's like a war zone complete with heavily armed soldiers, truck mounted machine guns, etc. I think it was just last week that they found a headless corpse hanging from the international bridge to El Paso. Totally lawless.

    Anyone see my favorite girl Katie Couric tonight on CBS? They actually did a story on the all the home invasions, kidnapping and torture that is going on in Phoenix, AZ! So far this year, there have been 300 home invasions and nearly as much kidnappings, including a young mother and her 3 year old. There is likely MUCH more of this going on than is being reported because people are terrified.
