Am I the only one who has noticed this ? GWB seems to be able to speak up to people who are sort of "far away" . If he needs to speak up to a sepecific person or persons....it never happens.

He tells "the terrorists" but he cannot seem to tell "people who are in our country illegally" anything.

You would think that he could or would. You would think that he could and would tell these people in Mexico who have now gone as far as to "organize" this group of countries, "Listen everyone of you, the US will make our own decisions, and we will not give in to pressure from anyone."

It's so aggravating. He leaves us no choice but to do the talking for him.
If he would act like a president should regarding all of this, we wouldn't have to.

Amazing the first thing we ever really hear from Alberto Gonzales would be THIS. Our country in inundated with illegal aliens, we have one entering every 30 seconds.....and he wants to treat them like "guests".

GIVE US A BREAK. Things are going TOO far. They are alienating the American people each day that goes by.

And what has the focus of the media today?

Mrs. Alito breaking into tears behind her husband when he was asked about the "conservative" group he belonged to in college. Apparently they were against minorities, women and other groups. He put it on a resume for a job with Reagan but today doesn't even remember belonging to it.
