Keep Rearching the NAU there is alot to learn about it. I think the most important things right now is stopping the TTC (Trans Texas Corridor) In texas and those prople are finally figuring out that close to a million acres of land will be taken from farmers, business, homes through eminent domain for this 4 fooball field wide toll road, railway and power supply.
We also need to stop the Trucks!!, the # 1 and most important is to stop the OBL, We need our Borders secure so these unauthorized, illegal aliens get stopped, because this is a huge problem right now, people are being killed needlessly and there is two much choas in our towns, the cost is astronomical to the taxpayer,medical, schools, jails, social service, etc. Oh boy it is just overwhelming isn't it

They NEEDED that case {a set-up???} win to procede with NASCO/NAU/SPP.

I've been doing alot of looking into this SmartPort Inc, and Mr.Gutierrez.Seems that he is into more than just this Anti-American company. Park University: International Center for Civic Engagement (http://www.park.edu/icce/great20070307.aspx) I read about all the curriculumn and it just doesnt seem right.
I tried to see if thier was any relation to the Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez but cant find anything on either of them for Biographies that mentions brothers or sisters. I even looked into Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, found out he is from Cuba....BUT, his employment history is VERY INTERESTING!
Personally, I think they are ALL tied together (call me paranoid),seems they all have ties to Mexico.
Sorry I couldnt find anything more, but I'll probably end up with MS-13 painting on my house lol.

It certainly appears that way doesn't it!!?

That was the land mark case, it made possible to steal peoples land so they could continue with the plan on the TTC, they can steal alot of property for must have highways now under eminent domain. I was so mad when the supreme court made that decision.

Some states and cities have passed some of their own laws to clarify under what circumstances eninent domain will be allowed, our county is one of them.
