Another internal enforcement report, also leaked by Darby, states that violence in Central America was not the the primary motivator for migrants entering the U.S. illegally. Rather, the report claimed that the belief among the illegal immigrants that they would receive permisos and be allowed to stay was the driving factor in their choices to enter the United States.

And before anybody starts feeling good about the recent decline of illegal aliens sneaking into the United States, the last time I heard, 'Bama & Co. are going to start interviewing wannabe refugees in their home countries, then flying them here at taxpayer expense.
