Mexico claims no responsibility for anything

Mexico can not be held responsible for anything, Mexico is and always has been irresponsible. As George Santayana and Deo Vindice say:

"Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it"

They even have a holiday to celebrate irresponsibility, it is called "Cinco de mayo". in honor of when they attacked French diplomats on May 5, 1862 who had been sent to negotiate a compromise with Mexico and their outstanding depts.

Hardly an event worth celebrating since France retaliated and sent troops to Mexico, defeated the Mexican army, took over Mexico City and ruled the country until the USA stepped in and drove the French out of Mexico restoring their independence.

Yes, we always have to meddle..we'd have been far better off with the french for neighbors.
