    Mexico supports war crimes tribunal

MEXICO CITY Mexico plans to stand firm in pushing for the right of an international war tribunal to prosecute U-S soldiers.

Today's announcement came despite the fact that the decision will cost Mexico more than one (M) million dollars in U-S military funding to fight drug gangs.

A spokesman for President Vicente Fox -- Ruben Aguilar -- says nobody should be immune from the action of justice.

U-S State Department officials said that the cut was made to comply with the 2002 American Service Members Protection Act.

The law says military assistance should not be given to countries that have ratified the International Criminal Court, a permanent war crimes tribunal based in the Hague, unless they sign a pact granting U-S military personnel special immunity.

Mexico became the 100th country to ratify the court in October, and it didn't sign the special pact.

And how many million per year is it that we send to support our 'friends' on the southern border? And how many billions do their exported people send back that should still be circulating in our economy?

Only those dolts we elect to congress could be so blind as to who is friend, who is foe...

    I'm impressed.

So when are they going to start prosecuting Vicente for using children as slave labor on his ranch?

Fox wants to be able to play the "war crimes" card, when we eventually put the military on the border and start repelling his invading army of illegal aliens.
