THE FOREIGN MINISTRY DISCUSSES MEXICO’S GLOBAL AGENDA AT THE 15TH ROUNDTABLE WITH THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT ORGANIZED BY ECONOMIST CONFERENCES

The Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Lourdes Aranda, participated today in the 15th roundtable with the Mexican government organized by Economist Conferences on behalf of Foreign Secretary Luis Ernesto Derbez.

In a conference entitled “Mexico’s Global Agenda, Undersecretary Aranda reviewed Mexico’s foreign policy over the last few years and analyzed the strategies of the current administration regarding the relationship with North America and the significance of Mexico’s multilateral activism. The presentation focused on the Foreign Ministry’s work to remain in permanent contact with the various regions of the world given Mexico’s perspective as a country with a global presence. The conference was attended mainly by multinational businesses and analysts of the international economy.

The undersecretary stressed Mexico’s renewed interest in promoting the diversification of its relations, especially towards regions of traditional interest such as Latin America and Europe and towards regions with an accelerated rhythm of economic growth and international influence such as the major Asian nations.

During the conference, the undersecretary urged Mexican businessmen to seek to broaden their horizons and to become aware of the new opportunities offered by more distant regions and countries, especially the markets of China, Japan, India and Korea.

Well....may I suggest that all the globalists and multi-national companies band together in a Hacienda in Mexico; drink champagne; eat delicacies; and global talk until they pass out!!

While they are all in Mexico sleeping off a Globbie HangOver, we'll SEAL THE BORDER!!
