More severe punishment to conductive ebrios, when they hit

The House of Representatives analyzes the possibility of hardening the measures for the granting of licenses to drive automobiles, due to the high number of road accidents, that reach the annual number of 450 thousands.

The president of the Commission of Health, Jose Angel Córdova Villalobos, explained that by that cause to the year they die near 15 thousand people, in addition of which the rehabilitation of the wounded in automobile mishaps hill up to 50 billion weights.

You are right! The whole point is that they claim we are discriminating against illegals having access to a driver's license; and their own country doesn't even want to give them one.
