    It is maddening and condescending when these officials and ethnocentric organizations assume that any size Hispanic population automatically means that no one speaks English, they're poor, uneducated and need welfare and special services......I can't stand it. Although they are probably right as far as the non-assimilation and the language is concerned in this area of NJ...still there should be no government agency formed just to provide special services to people who don't learn English, don't want to learn English and mostly are probably illegally residing in our nation.

    Social services to Middlesex shouldn't be providing any services to those here illegally.
