Washington Turns Up the Heat against English

We really need to be doing more to defend America’s common language. Exhibit A is the intrusion of the Justice Department to force the farm town of Mattawa, Washington, (population around 3200) to provide all city services in Spanish. It’s another little town that has been Mexicanized by Washington’s open-border policy, but now the place is being further punished by being required to implement a “language assistance plan.â€
