    Thursday, December 18, 2008

    By Rita Cant

A small Caribbean airplane that vanished into thin air Monday was allegedly stolen by a fired Dominican Navy cadet who may have been trying to carry illegal immigrants to America, the plane’s owner told FOXNews.com.

Luis Perez, the Puerto Rico-based owner of the aircraft charter company, said his twin-engine plane was stolen by an unlicensed pilot named Adrian Jimenez. Authorities told him Jimenez was a student of the Dominican Republic Armed Forces and a former Navy cadet.

“They took his pilot’s certificate away, because the only certificate he had was a helicopter rating and he was operating airplanes,â€

Did they check small airports in the NY/NJ/PA areas? The pilot would not try to land at a large commercial airport, but a private one or land in a large field.

So illegals had $26,000 and whine about how poor they are? Unbelievable!

“The information we have is that he was planning to take these people out and he charged $26,000 for each of them"

$2,600 each would be more believable.

The money probably was donated from Obama's remaining campaign war chest. More cheap illegal alien labor for Obama's stimulus jobs.......

I would start my search in Florida. There are plenty of little landing strips all over the place: the airpark in North Fort Myers; the unmanned landing strip in the Rotunda in Charlotte County, and, my favorite, the Road to Nowhere in Dixie County, a straight strip built over swamps that was used extensively delivering all kinds of drugs in the good ole days.
RAF, does a helicopter pilot not need to be certified in fixed wing aircraft before he goes on to fly helicopters?

My understanding is they borrow the money then pay it back after getting a job in the USA. If they don't pay it back their relatives back home are imprisoned or killed.
