Two Sex Abuse Suspects Are Illegal Immigrants

OREGON CITY, Ore. - Two men indicted in the rape and sexual abuse of two Oregon City girls have admitted they entered the U.S. from Mexico illegally, police say.

A Clackamas County grand jury indicted two men this week in connection with two Oregon City girls, ages 14 and 15.

Alejandro Hernandez-Flores, 19, of Milwaukie and Mario Alberto Flores-Estrada, 20, of the Los Angeles area are accused of providing Tequila to the girls and having sex with them.

Hernandez-Flores was charged with forcible rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and unlawful sexual penetration. Flores-Estrada was charged with rape, sexual abuse and furnishing alcohol to minors.

Neither man appears to have a criminal history in Oregon, but Hernandez-Flores has some past traffic-related violations, including driving with a suspended license and driving without a license plate.

The men told police they are cousins.

A trial on the Clackamas County charges is scheduled for Oct. 5. At the conclusion of that case and resulting penalties, the men will be turned over to federal authorities for possible deportation.

Hernandez-Flores met the girls a few years ago at Clackamas Town Center, officials say.

An Oregon City officer found them about 2 a.m. Aug. 7 at Gardiner Middle School. The girls, also cousins, allegedly left home without permission and went there with the suspects.

OK, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, what are you going to do:

1. Turn the other cheek, and do absolutely nothing OR
2. Release them after slapping their wrists forgetting about a bond at all OR
3. Release them on bond OR
4. Call ICE and double-check their illegal status and wait until a HOLD can be placed on them?

Clackamas County, so what is the answer here?

I guess these young guys do have family values of some sort, just not the kind I think about when I hear that term.

Oregon issues anyone over 16 a drivers license. Van and Suvs coming to Oregon (probably for a fee) are filled with illegals from other states, they get an Oregon license and an apartment or space in a home purchased by an illegal or an illegal simpatico. With the drivers license, and a little more than $100.00, they can take a business license exam, in Spanish. They can "hire up to 10 No-Match" illegals (new no match is for any one business with 11 or over no-matches), and never report proper income. There is no way, with the self employed, cash or 1099 illegal worker is to be required to pay taxes or child support . The taxes and child support was asked of the IRS (on C-Span this year) because of the welfare reform act and benefit issues. The IRS had stated , I'm paraphrasing here, "How can we check this when they aren't really in "our system?" In Oregon if you want a legal society you are called a racist. If you want to reduce crimes against children and drunk driving, you're called a racist. If you want shopping carts left at the store and garbage in a garbage can, you're called a racist. At least once a week my daughter is hooted at by Hispanic adult males, my daughter is 10 years old. [/i]

The Oregon government is doing nothing to protect our children.
