40 Gulf Cartel Members Arrested in Tamaulipas

MIGUEL ALEMAN, MEXICO - Police arrested 40 members of the Gulf Cartel in Tamaulipas, including Ricardo Salazar Pequeno, the "Plaza Boss," in Miguel Aleman, just across the border from Roma.

Also arrested was Gabriela Robles, the woman known as "La Gabby." She's accused of handling all finances for the Gulf Cartel in Matamoros.
