Camp Dodge Officials Say Invoices Not Yet Finished

DES MOINES, Iowa -- A government contract shows immigration officials planned to house up to 1,100 illegal immigrants for up to 10 nights at Camp Dodge in the wake of last month's raids at meatpacking plants in Iowa and five other states.
That would have cost Immigration and Customs Enforcement about $32,000. But the Iowa National Guard headquarters in Johnston was used for fewer days and housed about 500 people arrested during the Dec. 12 raids at the Swift & Co. plants.
The contract was dated Dec. 4 and prohibited guard officials from discussing it without permission from ICE.
The contract said the federal government would only be billed for actual services provided.
Officials at Camp Dodge said they haven't finished the invoices yet

with these plants operating 24/7 there should be more raids than just for those who worked the first shift. they should be done at all times till these illegals are busted. and they are thrown in jail for identity theft and deported
