    As far as I know, this is still just replacement and refurbished fencing. Until I hear differently, I refuse to get excited about this "new" fencing articles.

    Yes, but I will take replacement and refurbished fencing that is falling down or practically non-existent, while we fight the legal red tape, lawsuits, and battle with the DemonRats on the border for the new fencing.
