This is good! I don't like CAFTA anymore than NAFTA. NAFTA was supposed to STOP illegal immigration from Mexico! Has it? NO!!!!
The problem with NAFTA, CAFTA and MERKOSUR is that it is not FAIR trade. We can do business with Canada since their workers earn good wages. We go to Mexico and Honduras where the people make $1.00 an hour and how is that fair? I have been to most Spanish speaking countries. US products are already there BUT the people have no INCOME to buy our products! Also, I am a UNION member. Unfortunately, our 6 figure a year hypocrite union leaders now want an amnesty. 10 years ago they did not! Why now? I think cause the SEIU union, run by HISPANICS in California, has gotten the AFL to change that policy. We rank and file don't agree but we have no voice.

I am a AIRLINE employee. We have seen our wages and benefits going down. Contract companies are now doing some of our jobs and they hire immigrants to replace us for half the cost. OK but why have some of our airline union leaders seen pay raises of up to $30,000 in the last few years? They are hypocrites and no better than the management they criticize. Today's union leaders are shills...the great union leaders of the 20's and 30's were out there getting there heads bashed in!
