DANA POINT, Calif. (KABC) -- Border patrol agents stopped two boats off the Southern California coast early Monday morning.
A small boat was spotted near San Clemente headed out to sea and was later found beached at Dana Point.
No people were on board, but the border patrol found several bundles in the boat, though it is not saying what they contain.
A few hours earlier, the border patrol intercepted a boat north of Del Mar with 15 Mexican nationals on board. They have been taken into custody.
