Is there ID card going to be called treading upon the Feds. immigration responsibilities? If not, why not?

I'm an alien and live and work 125 miles from Charlotte, I need an ID. Oh, my sister lives in Charlotte! I'll have her trash bill put in my name, bingo!

Soon, Charlotte will have issued more ID's than there real population encompasses. Next census taking
in 2020 will be interesting.

One last question, where are we finding all these warped politicians in America?
