An organization in the mountains - The Action Club - held a rally on Saturday, calling for tougher security on the U.S. borders.

They say under the proposed guest worker amnesty bill, scores of illegal immigrants will be in the country scot-free. The Action Group says no illegal immigrant should be allowed amnesty, and they are asking our representitives in Congress to vote against the bill.

Dozens of people turned out at today's rally on the campus at AB Tech, including Councilman Carl Mumpower, and state representative Charles Thomas. The rally was free of counter-demonstration.
