E-Verify is already readily available.

Better yet, obtain the SS# mismatch list of employees, from the SSA administration, and make it available to the public, so that those Americans looking for jobs, know which employers are likely to be employing illegal immigrants. There are 8 million illegals, currently working in, non-agriculture, on-the-books, American jobs, by using false, or stolen, SS numbers. It's time to give those jobs to Americans. The DHS receives this list from the SSA but they are not at all effective at enforcing our federal laws prohibiting the employment of illegals.
