George Will: No, and it's not going to pass. Everyone in Washington favors compromise until you compromise and then it's called a compromise of principles which indeed it is... What you have produced is complexity that virtually guarantees non-compliance... and that's what the people think about the government on immigration -- it doesn't mean a word it says.
