Carlos J. Escobedo, consulate general of Guatemala, right, hands out numbers for those wanting to be interviewed by lawyers provided by the consulate at a January meeting in Providence regarding the snow-shoveling incident in Foxboro.

Four days before the New England Patriots’ playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens, 60 Guatemalan day workers headed in a caravan from Providence toward Gillette Stadium, prepared to shovel out the world-class home of one of the most valuable football franchises in the country.

The team’s road to the Super Bowl — and nearly 70,000 seats — had to be first cleared of snow.

So foreign government official are paying court and lawyers fee. A win - win for the courts to make money and he corporate global elite for law breaking illegal alien in the United States. Lose - lose continual for the US TAXPAYERS, UNEMPLOYED, AND CITIZENS.
Roberto Gonzalez, an East Providence attorney who is among those providing legal aid, said some of the workers are considering asylum claims. Legal aid is being organized in Rhode Island and in Boston. Gonzalez said the people with deportable offenses have agreed to leave the country, rather than fight their cases. Most are expected to be deported within the next month.
Entering The United States illegal, then working illegally is two strikes of breaking immigration laws and don't forget some of the people did not register for the draft on enter our country. So three strikes and counting!

This doesn't surprise me one bit. I wonder how many are building the ballpark in Little Havana that is being mostly funded by taxpayers of Miami Dade County and the City of Miami? They have already caught them working construction on a school in Southwest Miami Dade. In fact Jim DeFede had a report on that one. There 27 of them if I recall correctly and between 5 and 7 were later found to have criminal records back home. If those people were Aemricans with those records they would not be allowed to be on school property.

I am sure there are plenty of desperate Americans who would have appreciated the extra cash for a day or two of labor.

Americans have been shoveling snow for centuries. They shovel it from their own yard, so obviously they are willing and able to do the job. And guess who shoveled snow from public property before the invasion of illegals? You got it!! Americans.

I remember shovelling snow for money as a teen when I lived in Canada. We had elderly people in the neighborhood and many of us teens would do that especailly if they had no family close by or the roads were really bad and no one could come and help. Then again I picked strawberries as a student as well.

Exactly! And Scott Brown needs to order a Congressional Bi-Partisan investigation starting with this discovery in his home state and shut down these illegal alien labor networks. I've known they existed. It's why they're so confident. There are hands in this illegal alien labor network monies till that will boggle our minds when we get to the bottom of it.

In the meantime, deport, deport, deport, deport, deport, deport, deport. The Patriots should be fined hugely for allowing illegal workers to step foot in their stadium and every manager involved should be sent to prison. Use them as a shining crystal clear example that this crime against our citizens will not be tolerated 1 more time in the United States. How many other illegal aliens do they hire? How many over the years? The Patriots need to be audited for illegal payments to illegal aliens, their employers, brokers, smugglers, harborers, aiders and abetters.

The govenment shouldn't spend millions for job creation if they get rid of illegals. It would cost alot less if they made it harder for them so they leave on their own. Get rid of all the benefits for illegals, free healthcare unless it is a life or death situation and then stabalize them and send them back, make it harder for people to hire them and go after those who do. That would cost alot less then job creation programs.

Exactly! It would be alot cheaper especially once they begin self deportation. No with few jobs the ilegals are stealing. They are getting arrested for burglary and theft over whatever amount it falls into. We have enough of our own who do that and don't need more.
