    A Naperville man remained held without bond Monday in DuPage County Jail, after being accused of using candy to lure two preteenage girls into his condominium unit and then licking one of the children on the lips.

    U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have placed a second “no bondâ€
    NO AMNESTY

    Records on file in DuPage County Circuit Court in Wheaton indicated Jimenez-Alejo has no criminal record here.
