Does anyone have the numbers on each of these cities?

Also saw on the news this am, a panel of guests talking about unions..heard that less than 13% of American workers belong to unions. Wow, that's an extremely low number, no wonder unions are screaming about legalizing 20-40 million union memb..err..I mean illegal aliens.

Unions used to be the only place that gave proper training while on the job to millions of Americans. The fact that they have become greedy just unscores the dire straits this country has come to. I was offered a teaching position for the ABC, (Association of Builders and Contractors) the official licensing/training of apprentices through journeymen laborers. After being in construction since 1968 They felt I was qualified.
But the unions have adopted the same policys of the national school districts, if they can't pass, reduce the passing qualifications. IE: a failing score 10 years ago would be a candidate for a PHD today.
I wouldn't have a union employee on my jobsite again except if it's in like Pa where all work goe s through a union hall,, But that lump would be just that, sit in the office til the job was done, so he can't styrectch the job.

I received an unsolicited call from "PROGRESSIVES FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM" (below) and they also sent me two unrequested but very impressive 20-page "Policy Briefs", one entitled "The Economic Impacts of Mass Immigration and the Proper Progressive Perspective." PFIR's approaches to this issue are from the perspectives of 1) unsustainable national population growth and 2) the harm immigration has done to the American worker. Info. on PFIR + a link to this extensive economic policy statement below:

    PFIR
    PROGRESSIVES FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM
"Examining the Unintended Consequences of Mass Migration"

    "Protection of American Workers

"PFIR supports the Progressive principles of PROTECTING WORKERS' RIGHTS AND ENSURING FAIR WAGES FOR AMERICA'S WORKFORCE.

    "[Labor & Economics

"Current policies which flood the market with low-wage workers CREATE UNFAIR COMPETITION AND REDUCE WAGES FOR ALL.]

"Improving the Lives of People Worldwide

"PFIR concurs with initiatives that provide opportunities FOR IMMIGRANTS TO IMPOVE the economic, health, social and environmental conditions WITHIN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES.

    "Protection of the Environment

THE SKYROCKETING OF U.S. POPULATION has direct implications for a sustainable future. PFIR promotes policies that result in a sustainable population and resource conservation."
