if a peace officer is told the witnesses say the suspect is a certain height, weight, wearing certain clothes, regardless of color, the police are going to stop and ask anyone and everyone who matches the description.
THIS WOMAN is so damn clueless its not even funny

Well Janet, if you would have done your job this law wouldn't have been necessary.....

Napolitano said that as governor she used to veto bills like the tough immigration law Brewer signed last week, and said that the new law would be bad for local law enforcement.

The shame is also that Napalitino did nothing to curb illegal immigration while she was governor of Arizona... And still does not as head of HLS.
Is the border in Arizona more secure now?
