On Monday, despite the fact that the Mexican drug cartels already have an ever-expanding presence in this country, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitanoissued her now famous warning to those cartels, saying: “Don't even think about bringing your violence and tactics across this border. You will be met by an overwhelming response.â€
