Exactly. "cooperate" means one thing, sharing the payola from the drug cartels behind this disaster to try to convince Americans that not enforcing the law and not securing the border is enforcing the law and security the border. It's like "free trade is good for America" as they pass a TAA funding bill to compensate all the American Workers "free trade" agreements put out of work. TAA = Trade Adjustment Act .... billions and billions of taxpayer dollars funding extended unemployment benefits and training programs for American Workers who lost their jobs directly from a US plant closing and relocating to another country under a "free trade agreement". It was part of the "free trade agreement" deal. THEY KNEW ... "free trade" was NOT GOOD FOR AMERICA.

That's why I call them Free Trade Treason agreements, because that's what they are.
