National Poll: 66% favor stricter enforcement; only 26% inte

I found this buried in the new Quinnipiac national poll of voters, an important part of this poll that has been overlooked by much of the media reports today:
    ---

    28. Do you think immigration reform should primarily move in the direction of integrating illegal immigrants into American society or in the direction of stricter enforcement of laws against illegal immigration?

66% say immigration reform should primarily move in the direction of stricter enforcement of laws against illegal immigration; 26% say immigration reform should primarily move in the direction of integrating illegal immigrants into American society.

Click on below link and scroll down to question 28 for full results:

Good find Populist. Thank you for posting.

    Psalm 143:8 (King James Version)
It is written,... Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

    You're welcome GP.

This further shows how the vast majority of Americans favor attrition/enforcement over conditional legalization (amnesty).

So far as I know, this has always been true. It's 'Bama, Nancy Unamerican, and Harry Reid who are siding with the Open Borders, Come And Get It crowd.

IMO much of the media goes out of its way to not criticize 'Bama. And making the obvious connection between illegal aliens and American unemployment is just not going to happen. If the media were to make that connection, 'Bama and Co. would be heading for the border!

The U. S. is not a republic. If it was the government would at the very least reflect the common sense of the people.

I just read laughable spin on the Huff Po that this poll asked the "unfortunate" question about stricter enforcement v. integration (amnesty), and how CIR amnesty has both of these.
