    Activists rally for immigration reform in Raleigh

    More than 100 supporters of progressive and comprehensive immigration reform rallied at the State Capitol Building in downtown Raleigh yesterday morning. The event, which was sponsored by the Campaign to Reform Immigration for America featured speeches from an array of average citizens and faith leaders. Here are some photos from the event:

    They are gonna love me... LOL! Here is my comment:

    Where was ICE? These border jumpers ( illegal invaders) have no rights here, they have bled NC dry. The State is BILLIONS in debt because they are here sucking up every benefit they can lay their grubby little hands on.

    Their children may(?) be anchors, but the parents should NOT benefit as they are. WIC, free school (K-12), free lunches, ESL classes; all the while TAX PAYING kids get set back in their schooling because of the kids who can’t comprehend English.

    The parents are putting LEGAL citizens out of work every day.Have you looked at a construction site recently? Looked at landscapers? They have taken over because they under-bid LEGITIMATE business owners. NC needs to adopt laws like Georgia… not legal? NO BENEFITS, no business licenses,NOTHING!
