Illegal Immigrants Sentenced And Deported Among Smithfield Packing Plant Employees

Three illegal immigrants are sentenced to 18 months in prison and ordered deported after that.

They're among the 21 employees of the Smithfield Packing Plant in tar heel arrested last January charged with being undocumented aliens who had assumed the name and social security numbers of other individuals. Three pleaded guilty in November to fraud and misuse of documents.

This is great news and the way it should be each and every single time an illegal alien is caught using someone else's information.

No American citizen, or legal immigrant, would get away with this and neither should IAs. They are fully aware of the fact that this is unlawful activitiy and they continue to engage in it to obtain employment, credit, benefits, and even to avoid legal consequences pertaining to everything from driving offenses to the most serious of crimes.

They know that little, if anything at all, is going to happen to them if they are caught so there is no deterrent.

Start locking them up for it, seize anything they've obtained using stolen information, including money, and they'll get the hint.
