I Just sent complaint against the state of North Carolina to WSOC tv, the abc affiliate in the Charlotte area... I complained in their Whistle Blower hotline and asked the state to be investigated for wrong doing.

Thank You North Carolina, Another American Citizen is killed because of all the Driver's Licenses NC has handed out to Illegal Aliens. A man charged with manslaughter in the drunken-driving deaths of two people was apparently in the U.S. illegally and had obtained a driver’s license in North Carolina, according to immigration officials.

Morales-Soriano used a North Carolina driver's license issued Feb. 5, 2004, to obtain a license in Maryland on July 8, 2005, according to Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. Articles such as this make me totally ashamed to be from North Carolina. Additionally, it is an embarrassment for our state government to act totally irresponsible as they do, when it comes to the safety of N.C. constituents and the safety of other Americans effected by N.C.'s poor decisions. The state's requirements to obtain a driver's license are weaker than those of many surrounding states, according to a performance audit of the licensing process.

Court officials in New Jersey, for instance, have complained that the requirements are so weak that busloads of illegal immigrants get on I-95 heading south and drive to North Carolina to obtain licenses fraudulently.
The audit, administered by the Department of Transportation and the Division of Motor Vehicles, said documents considered acceptable for proof of residency in North Carolina are easily forged, or the information provided by applicants is not verified.

Morales-Soriano joins a growing list of illegal immigrants who have not only ignored U.S. immigration laws, but state laws against drinking and driving as well, killing innocents on the highways in the process. “

I am outraged that we have such idiots making law here in the state of North Carlolina. Everyone of them that voted for allowing illegal aliens to obtain a Drivers License in this state should serve prison time with this drunken illegal!!!
