Illegal caught speeding had five IDs, police say

A man stopped for speeding in Beaver Meadows will be deported by U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement, borough police said.

Police Chief Michael Morresi stopped 36-year-old Jose Juarez Peña, 50 Madison St., West Hazleton, just after 1:30 p.m. Saturday on Broad Street (Route 93).

Peña had five separate identifications showing addresses in the Philadelphia area, Maryland and Mexico, according to Morresi. He checked with ICE and learned Peña was in this country illegally for the past nine years.

Peña is being held at the Carbon County prison until ICE agents arrive to take him back to Mexico. His vehicle was impounded for sale by borough police.

LOVE IT! Helps cops with their budget, keeps the vehicle out of the hands of some other illegal!

5 different ID's! He will be back. They all come back. Illegal aliens laugh at our laws because they are never enforced.

I wonder if ICE ever checks into how much welfare, food stamps etc that the illegals use their different ids for? It wouldn't surprise me if the illegal had five different addys that he used for collecting freebies.

Military bases along the border, not on the interior. Start on the south border. Long Beach Military base should be moved to the border. And there are many others: San Diego, etc. Border First! Fencing and then military base chain the illegal immigrant problem would be null to none, I bet.

$$$Money is going to be spent on the Military bases anyhow.

Mayday: It would be beneficial if per illegal a query fact finding investigation be done. This would show the damage each id of illegals are doing to the American economy. Protect our resources!
