You noticed that too about the pushcart vendors, hotdog, ice-cream (some Spanish brand). Also, in our neighborhood on garbage night when we haul it to the street for pickup in the next day. (Suburban life) Old beat-up trucks and cars roam the streets hawking anything they feel is resalable (Metal, Aluminum, ….) They leave a mess that one has to cleanup. There are about 5 or 6 junks roaming the neighborhood, all racing to beat the other one to the “goodâ€
