New DHS rule under consideration would force employers to fire illegals

Under a proposed new rule under consideration by the DHS, employers who receive a “no match” letter from the Social Security Administration would have 60 days to resolve the discrepancy or they will be forced to fire the employee or they will face fines and jail time if they do not. Needless to say, the unions and the illegal alien rights groups and thier pet toady, The Houston Chronicle, aren’t too happy about it. So far, few of those who have contacted the DHS about this have been in favor of the new rule, mainly because the rulemaking process has been less than widely publicized. I urge you to let them know how YOU feel.

Since this rule is merely proposed, shouldn't we contact DHS and inform them we support this new rule. I'm sure various employers are complaining about it's implementation.
