NEW MEXICO: ACLU questions recent immigration raids
ACLU questions recent immigration raids
The American Civil Liberties Union wants questions answered over recent raids on illegal immigrants in southern New Mexico. Border patrol agents allegedly pulled kids out of school and entered homes without warrants.
On Monday, Dona Ana County and Otero County Sheriff’s Deputies rounded up about 30 illegal immigrants in the Chaparral area.
But the ACLU of New Mexico said it has heard reports that the raids were improperly conducted. The organization is asking Otero County deputies for copies of all records dating back to January regarding illegal immigrant raids.

Big freaking deal.....the ACLU is always hearing reports that immigration raids were improperly conducted. Why should this time be any different?
As for those children, it is my understanding that they are the kids of those who had been arrested, and either the parents or legal guardians were taken to the school by authorities to pick them up so they weren't just left there.
I guess the concept of illegal alien parents actually showing genuine concern for their offspring is an ideal that the ACLU sees so rarely that they are having a hard time believing it.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

ACLU is NOT What it Seems
The ACLU is actually the ANTI-American Civil Liberties Union for Mexicans.
The ACLU long ago disappeared into a swamp of becoming a protector and defender of NAMBLA ( http://www.nambla.com ), child predators, illegal aliens, terrorists. . .
The ACLU sues the Boy Scouts, is anti-religion, and generally is as ANTI-American as can be.
Generally speaking, if the ACLU supports something, you should not. If it is in favor, you should be against.
The ACLU is the anti-Christ of America!

How to Properly Conduct a Raid. . . by the ACLU
HOW TO CONDUCT A RAID
(tongue-in-cheek, naturally)
1) Give 3 days notice to the employer, allowing all illegal aliens to be purged from the employment role
2) provide milk and cookies for the children of illegal aliens caught in the raid
3) provide doctors, nurses and medical facilities for pregnant illegal aliens caught in the raid
4) provide air-conditioned holding facilities, free telephone calls to Mexico, a change of clothing, three meals, and a stipend of $65.00 to each illegal alien caught in the raid
5) provide a 'California lawyer' to each illegal alien caught in the raid
6) provide an interpreter for each illegal alien
7) issue a 120-day visa to each illegal alien caught in the raid who promises to return for trial
8) issue orders to all federal agents to apprehend the 12 million illegal aliens who violated the terms of those visas
And regarding anmesty. . . Let's all remember Reagan's 'one-time' amnesty.
Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it! And we will.

I'll add one other rule for the conduct a proper raid:
9) Make advance preparations for those deported for a ride back to the place of the raid.

10) Provide payment of all wages lost beginning at the commencement of the raid and to be continued to be paid until time of actual arrival back in the home country.
11) Upon arrival in the home country, all deportees will receive a severance package equivalent to all projected earnings, including overtime, until such time the deportee reaches the age of retirement.
12) Upon reaching the age of retirement, each deportee will then be entitled to receive Social Security benefits accrued while working illegally in the United States of America.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
